Prohibited Products and Services Policy
Newrich supports the sale of a wide variety of digital products and services, but certain categories are restricted or prohibited. For the safety of our users and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, some products and services may not be offered—whether for free or for payment—on Newrich.
We reserve the right to remove any listing, product, or service that violates this policy or our Terms of Service, at our sole discretion.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products and services comply with all applicable laws and with Newrich’s policies. If a prohibited product or service is identified, we may remove the listing and take additional action against the associated account, including suspension or termination.
Accounts that are suspended may have payouts temporarily withheld during investigation. In most cases this period may last approximately 90 days, but may extend to 120–180 days when required by our Financial Partners or applicable law. We may also issue refunds to customers for transactions involving prohibited items and may withhold or recover funds where chargebacks, refund disputes, or legal liabilities arise.

1. Illegal Products and Services
You may not use Newrich to sell or offer any product or service that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to sanctions, anti–money laundering, and counter-terrorism financing.
Sellers are responsible for understanding and complying with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws that apply to their business activities.
If you are uncertain about the legal requirements for your product or service, you should consult a qualified legal or regulatory professional.
2. Prohibited Products and Services
The following categories are not permitted to be sold or offered on Newrich, regardless of how they are presented or marketed.
Adult Content and Services
Pornographic or sexually explicit material depicting real sexual acts, or services primarily intended for adult sexual gratification.
Alcohol and Tobacco
Alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vaping products, and nicotine-related items.
Cannabis and Marijuana Products
Cannabis, marijuana, THC products, cannabis derivatives, and related paraphernalia.
Controlled Substances, Pharmaceuticals, and Nutraceuticals
Prescription medications, controlled substances, or unregulated supplements. This includes products marketed as treatments, cures, or disease-prevention remedies without proper regulatory authorization or scientific substantiation.
Debt and Lending Services
Services related to credit repair, loan modification, debt settlement, personal loan brokering, or other consumer lending activities that require licensing or regulatory approval.
Fireworks and Explosives
Pyrotechnic devices or other explosive entertainment products.
Fraudulent Government Documents or Services
Impersonating government agencies or selling forged, altered, or unauthorized government documents or credentials.
Gambling Operations
Betting platforms, wagering services, lotteries, or other gambling operations that violate applicable law. Informational or analytical content related to gambling or sports betting may be permitted if it does not involve facilitating gambling transactions.
Hate or Violent Content
Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
Human Biological Materials
Human organs, tissues, blood, bodily fluids, or similar biological materials.
Identity Services
Unauthorized creation, modification, or sale of identification documents or personal credentials.
Counterfeit or Infringing Goods
Products that violate intellectual property rights, including counterfeit items or unauthorized copies that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or patents.
Pirated Content or Unauthorized Streaming
Pirated digital media, unauthorized IPTV services, illegal streaming platforms, or tools designed to facilitate copyright infringement.
Legal Services
Professional legal advice, representation, or attorney services.
Non-Fiat Currencies and Digital Assets
Selling cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or other digital currencies is prohibited. Educational or informational content about these assets may be permitted if it does not involve direct investment solicitation or asset transactions.
Pyramid Schemes and Multi-Level Marketing
Pyramid schemes and MLM structures where earnings primarily depend on recruiting participants rather than selling legitimate products or services to customers outside the network.
Ticket Reselling Violations
Reselling tickets obtained through bots or automated purchasing tools, or reselling tickets in violation of applicable laws.
Timeshare Services
Vacation ownership programs or services related to timeshares or fractional real estate interests.
Unregistered Financial Services
Investment products, financial instruments, asset management services, or similar offerings that require regulatory licensing but are offered without proper authorization.
Weapons and Explosives
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, combat equipment, or instructions for manufacturing or modifying weapons.
Wildlife Trade
Protected animals, endangered species, or products derived from illegal wildlife trade.
In addition, we may prohibit any business category, merchant, or transaction that is not supported by our Financial Partners, or that presents legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risks. These determinations may be made at our sole discretion.
3. Lifetime Access to Content
We generally grant a lifetime access license to buyers when they enroll in a course or other content purchased as a one-time payment. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any content at any time when we decide or are obligated to disable access for legal or policy reasons—for example, if the course or content is the subject of a copyright complaint, or if we determine it violates our Community Guidelines or other policies.
This lifetime access license applies only to the course or content you purchased. It does not apply to:
- Subscription plans or recurring-access products
- Coaching, mentoring, or other live or ongoing services
- Add-on features or services (for example, teaching assistance or Q&A) that the Seller may discontinue at any time
Lifetime access means access to the content for as long as we and the Seller make it available, subject to these terms. It does not guarantee access to the instructor, to future updates, or to any services beyond the digital content itself.
4. Restricted Products and Services
Some categories may be allowed on Newrich only with prior approval. Sellers who wish to offer products or services in potentially restricted categories must demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws and provide documentation such as licenses, certifications, or regulatory approvals.
To request approval for a restricted category, please contact support@newrich.com and provide documentation demonstrating your legal authorization to operate in that category.
Approval of restricted categories is subject to our internal review process and must comply with:
- Applicable laws and regulations
- Newrich Terms of Service
- Requirements imposed by our Financial Partners
We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke permission for restricted categories at any time.
