Earnings Programs
We offer multiple ways for users to earn money through Newrich. Each earnings program has its own rules, terms, and eligibility requirements. Please review the terms that apply to any program you choose to join.
Newrich Affiliate Program
Earn commissions by referring new Sellers to join Newrich, or by promoting Sellers’ Products to Buyers using unique tracking links. See the Affiliate Program Terms below.
Universal Program Requirements
*(Applies to all Newrich earnings programs.)*
To participate, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a Newrich account in good standing
- Follow all program-specific terms and requirements
- Be responsible for all applicable taxes on any earnings
You may participate in more than one earnings program at the same time. By joining any earnings program, you agree to comply with the applicable program terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Newrich Affiliate Program Terms
Overview
The Newrich Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring people to Newrich in two ways:
earning commissions when you refer Buyers who purchase Products from Sellers on Newrich, and/or
earning commissions when you refer new merchants who sign up on Newrich as Sellers.
Who Can Join
To become an Affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and maintain a Newrich account in good standing. You must submit an application and be approved by Newrich. If approved, you will receive a unique tracking link (your “Affiliate Link”) to use in your marketing and promotions.
How You Earn
Referring Sellers
When someone signs up as a Seller through your Affiliate Link, you will earn a percentage of Newrich’s revenue generated from that Seller for the first six (6) months of their activity. After six months, commissions for that Seller end.
Referring Buyers
When someone purchases a Product through your Affiliate Link, you may earn a commission on that purchase. The commission rate may be set by Newrich or by the individual Seller offering the Product (an “Affiliate Offer”). Commission rates may change, pause, or end at any time, and the rate in effect at the time the purchase is made will apply. We may make certain offers available through an affiliate marketplace or featured offers section, which you should check periodically for updates.
Important: You are responsible for promoting your Affiliate Link. If a Buyer does not use your link, we may not be able to attribute the transaction to you, and you will not receive commissions for that purchase.
Your Responsibilities
Be truthful and follow the rules
You agree to describe Newrich, Sellers, and Products accurately, and to comply with applicable endorsement and advertising rules, including FTC Endorsement Guidelines. You must clearly disclose (near your Affiliate Link or within the relevant content) that you earn commissions when purchases are made through your link.
Do not claim to be the Seller
You may not represent yourself as the owner or creator of a Product, and you may not present yourself as the Seller. Your role is limited to promotion and referral.
Keep promotional content appropriate
Your promotional channels must not include copyright or trademark infringement, adult or violent material, defamatory content, religious or political messaging, illegal content, false or deceptive advertising, or anything that violates our Community Guidelines.
Keyword advertising restrictions
You may not run paid ads (including search ads) that bid on or target keywords such as “Newrich,” “Newrich discount,” “Newrich coupon,” or misspellings or close variations of those terms without written permission from Newrich. This applies whether those keywords are used alone or paired with other keywords.
Using Newrich Trademarks
We may grant you limited permission to use Newrich trademarks (including the NEWRICH name) solely to promote the Affiliate Program in the United States, subject to any brand or usage rules we provide. This permission can be withdrawn at any time. You must follow any usage guidelines we outline here.
Taxes and Expenses
Each party is responsible for its own taxes. You are responsible for any costs you incur as an Affiliate, and Newrich does not reimburse marketing, advertising, or promotional expenses.
Our Relationship
You participate as an independent contractor, not an employee. These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship (other than as explicitly stated), or employment relationship.
Ending Your Participation
We may end or suspend your participation at any time, including if you violate these terms, if we discontinue the Affiliate Program, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also stop participating at any time by notifying us.
If participation ends, you must immediately stop holding yourself out as a Newrich affiliate, remove affiliate materials, stop using your Affiliate Link, and stop using Newrich trademarks. Commissions stop as of termination.
Final Payment
We will pay commissions for qualified transactions within 30 days after termination. To receive final payment, you must keep your account open for 60 days. If you violate these terms, we may withhold, recover, or claw back amounts from your Newrich Balance.
Disclaimers
No earnings guarantee
We do not promise that you will earn any amount through the Affiliate Program. Earnings depend on many factors, including your marketing efforts, the Products you promote, market demand, and Buyer behavior.
No warranties
The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Tracking and attribution limitations
We use reasonable efforts to track referrals, but we do not guarantee that our systems will correctly record every referral or transaction. Tracking can be impacted by technical issues, cookies, browser settings, and similar factors.
Commission changes and adjustments
We may adjust, recalculate, delay, or withhold commissions in situations involving fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or violations of these terms. We may also make adjustments to correct errors or tracking issues.
Program changes
We may change, pause, or end the Affiliate Program at any time without liability. Commission structures, Affiliate Offers, and program terms may be updated at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newrich’s total liability for claims related to the Affiliate Program will not exceed the commissions actually paid to you during the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Integration with Terms of Service
All Terms of Service provisions related to warranties, disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and related terms apply to participation in the Affiliate Program. If there is a conflict between these Affiliate Program Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.
