Community Guidelines
The Newrich Community Guidelines define the standards for behavior and content across our platform. These guidelines apply to all users—both Sellers and Buyers—and are intended to maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for everyone using Newrich.
These guidelines apply to all content and interactions on Newrich, including storefront pages, chat messages, forum discussions, reviews, and direct messages. Their purpose is to promote trust and safety within the community while still allowing users to create, share, and engage freely.
The Community Guidelines include the following sections:
- Prohibited Conduct and Content: Activities and content that are not permitted on Newrich
- Reviews Guidelines: Rules governing user reviews and feedback
- Earnings Claims: Requirements for statements about potential income or financial results
- Enforcement: What may happen if these guidelines or our Terms of Service are violated
- Reporting: How users can report violations of these policies
Unpublishing Content
If you unpublish content, your current subscribers will continue to have access to it. The content will no longer be visible in the marketplace and will not be available for new customers to purchase.
1. Prohibited Conduct and Content
Users may not engage in any of the following activities:
Adult and Sexual Content
Pornographic material, explicit sexual content, or adult services are not permitted. Content that is sexually suggestive involving minors is strictly prohibited.
Age Misrepresentation
Misrepresenting your age or allowing minors to access or use Newrich in violation of our Terms of Service.
Child Safety Violations
Creating, sharing, or requesting content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors, including any material involving child sexual abuse.
Dangerous Organizations
Promoting, supporting, or representing terrorist groups, violent extremist organizations, or criminal enterprises.
Fraud and Deceptive Conduct
Engaging in scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, misleading product listings, fake reviews, false earnings claims, or other deceptive business practices. This includes manipulating prices or artificially inflating engagement metrics.
Hacking and Security Violations
Attempting to bypass security measures, reverse engineer platform software, spread malware, disrupt servers or networks, or otherwise compromise system integrity.
Harassment and Hate Speech
Harassing, threatening, or targeting other users with abusive or offensive behavior. This includes coordinated harassment, doxxing, mass reporting campaigns, or attacks on users based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
Illegal Activities
Using the platform for unlawful purposes or selling products that violate local, national, or international laws.
Impersonation and Identity Fraud
Pretending to be another individual or organization, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or accessing another user’s account without authorization.
Intellectual Property Violations
Selling or distributing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. This includes leaking confidential information, selling counterfeit goods, or offering unauthorized copies of protected content.
Payment or Financial Abuse
Participating in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or other forms of financial misconduct.
Platform Manipulation
Creating fake accounts, artificially boosting engagement metrics, bypassing bans, or coordinating inauthentic activity.
Privacy Violations
Collecting, sharing, or publishing personal information about others without consent. This includes doxxing or revealing private information to intimidate or harass.
Prohibited Products and Services
Selling goods or services that are listed in our Prohibited Products and Services Policy, including items such as illegal drugs, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, weapons, or other restricted items.
Self-Harm Content
Promoting or encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or related harmful behavior.
Spam and Unsolicited Promotions
Sending unsolicited promotional messages, advertisements, or repetitive content that disrupts the user experience.
Unauthorized Data Collection
Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the platform without authorization.
Violent or Graphic Content
Posting excessively violent, graphic, or disturbing material intended to shock or disturb others.
2. Reviews
Reviews help customers make informed decisions and build trust within the Newrich marketplace. To maintain fairness and transparency, all reviews must follow these guidelines.
Honest and Accurate
Reviews must represent genuine opinions and experiences. False, misleading, or fabricated information is not permitted.
Disclosure of Relationships
If you have any relationship with the Seller that could influence your review—such as employment, receiving free products, or affiliate compensation—you must clearly disclose that relationship.
Incentivized Reviews
If Sellers offer incentives for reviews, they must ensure that users understand these guidelines and must report non-compliant reviews to support@newrich.com. Incentives may not be offered in exchange for fake or misleading reviews.
Reviews will not be approved if they include:
- Spam or repetitive content
- Personal information such as phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, or license plates
- External links, including referral or affiliate links
- Content that violates these Community Guidelines
If you encounter a review that violates these policies, you may report it using the report feature next to the review.
3. Earnings Claims
If your content includes statements about the ability to earn money (“Earnings Claims”), you must follow these rules:
- Earnings statements must not be false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Claims must be supported by reasonable evidence.
- If income figures represent gross revenue, any material costs associated with generating that income must be disclosed.
- Testimonials that include earnings must either represent typical results or clearly disclose the relevant context (such as time invested and typical results achieved).
- All earnings claims must comply with applicable laws and regulatory guidance, including U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requirements.
4. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension, permanent bans, or referral to law enforcement authorities. The severity of enforcement will depend on the seriousness and frequency of the violation.
If you violate these guidelines, we may take actions such as:
- Removing violating content
- Limiting access to certain platform features
- Suspending your account
- Withholding payouts
- Reversing or recovering previously withdrawn funds
- Issuing refunds to affected customers
These actions help maintain a safe and fair marketplace for all users.
If you believe enforcement was applied incorrectly, you may appeal the decision by contacting support@newrich.com within seven (7) days of receiving notice.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that appears to violate these Community Guidelines, please report it to support@newrich.com.
We review all submitted reports and take appropriate action when necessary. Submitting false reports or abusing the reporting system may itself result in enforcement actions against your account.
