Buyer Terms
These Buyer Terms apply when you use the Newrich Services to purchase Products from Sellers on Newrich or through Newrich Payments. These terms form part of our Terms of Service, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver contained in those Terms.
1. Payment Methods and Authorization
You may only use payment methods supported by Newrich. By providing payment information to our third-party payment processors (see Section 2), you authorize those partners to securely store your payment credentials and charge your selected payment method for Products, applicable taxes, service fees, and any other charges permitted under these Terms.
We may request additional information to complete a transaction, confirm your identity, prevent fraud, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Each time you purchase a Product through Newrich, you authorize our Financial Partners to debit or charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. This authorization includes recurring payments when applicable. Additional information regarding recurring payments is provided in Section 4.
When you submit a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for the total cost of your purchase, including any applicable service fees. If you use a credit card, we may perform a temporary authorization to confirm that the card is valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If you choose to store a payment method in your account, you authorize us to retain and use that method for future purchases. Our Financial Partners may receive updated card details from your payment provider (such as updated expiration dates or replacement card numbers) in order to prevent interruptions in service. You may update or remove stored payment methods at any time through your account settings.
Currency and International Transactions. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. If you use a payment method denominated in another currency, your card issuer or payment processor may apply foreign exchange or international transaction fees. These charges are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.
2. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments on Newrich are processed through third-party payment providers, which may include services such as Stripe or PayPal. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these processors.
If a payment processor declines, reverses, or invalidates a transaction, we may suspend or revoke your access to the associated Product.
3. Fees and Pricing
Product Pricing
Sellers determine the price of the Products they offer. Before completing a purchase, you will see the full price of the Product, including any Seller-determined charges and applicable taxes.
Newrich Service Fees
We may charge service or transaction fees for the use of the Services. If applicable, these fees will be clearly presented before you complete a purchase. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, service fees are non-refundable. We may modify our fees from time to time with advance notice, though applicable fees will always be shown before you finalize a transaction.
Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes related to Newrich service fees. These promotions may include specific conditions, restrictions, or expiration dates. Sellers may also run their own promotions related to Product pricing.
Promotions only apply when explicitly offered to you and cannot be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated. Promotional credits have no cash value and are subject to applicable law.
4. Subscription Products
Certain Products are billed on a recurring basis (“Subscription Products”). Your subscription begins on the date of your first purchase (the Subscription Billing Date) and continues for the billing period disclosed at the time of purchase.
Many subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them or they are terminated by the Seller or by us. When you start a subscription, you authorize us to store your payment method and charge it at the beginning of each billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.
To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Instructions for canceling subscriptions are available in our Help Center.
5. One-Time Payment Products
Some Products require only a single payment (“One-Time Payment Products”). Unless otherwise indicated, access to these Products begins immediately after payment is completed.
Each Product will clearly disclose the duration of access at the time of purchase. Some One-Time Payment Products may offer lifetime access to the content, as defined in our Prohibited Products and Services Policy. That lifetime access is to the content only, may be revoked for legal or policy reasons, and does not include subscriptions, coaching, or ongoing instructor services.
One-Time Payment Products do not automatically renew, and no further charges will occur unless you make an additional purchase.
6. Free Trials
Some Products may include a free trial period. To begin a trial, you must provide a valid payment method. While you will not be charged during the trial period, you authorize us to charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
If a trial is not canceled before it expires, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
Instructions on how to cancel a free trial can be found in our Help Center.
Some free trials may be limited to one per user, household, or payment method. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny trial access if we believe the offer is being abused or used fraudulently.
7. Gifting and Transfers
Products purchased through Newrich cannot be gifted, transferred, or reassigned to another account. All purchases are associated with the account used to complete the transaction and are non-transferable.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may take the following actions in accordance with applicable law and payment network rules:
- Retry the charge using the same payment method
- Attempt to charge a backup payment method if one is available
- Request that you provide a different payment method
- Suspend or revoke access to Products if payment cannot be completed
For subscription Products, we may continue retrying the charge until the subscription is canceled. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts. Repeated payment failures may result in cancellation of your subscription or suspension of your account.
9. Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, submit your request through the Help Center using the instructions available there. You will be able to select the relevant order, explain the reason for your request, and optionally upload supporting documentation.
If the Seller does not respond or if you disagree with their decision, you may escalate the matter to Newrich after 7 days. We will review the request and determine whether a refund should be approved based on the Seller’s policy and the circumstances of the request.
If a refund is approved, the funds will typically be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Product exchanges are not offered—only refunds.
10. Changes to Products and Pricing
Subscription Price Changes
Sellers may adjust subscription pricing for future billing periods with advance notice. If you do not agree to a price increase, you must cancel the subscription before the new price takes effect. The updated price will apply beginning with the next billing cycle.
Product Modifications
Sellers may update, modify, or discontinue Products at any time. If a subscription Product is discontinued, your access will continue through the remainder of the current billing period but will not renew. Access to One-Time Payment Products will continue for the duration originally provided.
We are not responsible for Product changes made by Sellers. If you believe a Seller has significantly reduced the value or functionality of a Product, you may contact them through the Resolution Center.
11. Digital Content Licenses
When you purchase access to a course, program, or other digital product on Newrich (“Content”), you are not purchasing ownership of the Content. Instead, you receive a limited license to access and use it.
The Seller who created the Content retains all intellectual property rights in that Content. Your use of the Content may also be subject to additional terms provided by the Seller.
Subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable Seller policies, Newrich and the Seller grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own personal use only. You may not share, distribute, sublicense, or transfer access to others.
12. Prohibited Purchases
You agree not to:
- Purchase products that are illegal in your jurisdiction
- Purchase age-restricted products if you do not meet the required age
- Purchase products that violate our Prohibited Products and Services Policy
- Violate the rights of others or break applicable laws
- Provide false payment information or use payment methods that you do not own or are not authorized to use
If you encounter products that violate our policies, please report them to support@newrich.com.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Buyer Terms, our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent behavior, or if action is necessary to protect Newrich, Sellers, or other users. Accounts may also be suspended while we investigate suspected violations.
Account Suspension
If your account is suspended, your access to purchased Products may be temporarily restricted during the suspension period. If your account is reinstated, access to your purchases will be restored and any applicable refunds will be processed.
Account Termination
If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you may lose access to purchased Products and may not be eligible for refunds. If you choose to close your account voluntarily, access to your purchases will also end.
Seller Blocks or Restrictions
If a Seller blocks or restricts your access to their Product, Newrich is not responsible for the resulting loss of access. You may contact the Seller through the Resolution Center to attempt to resolve the issue. We may assist at our discretion but cannot guarantee a resolution or refund.
14. Payment Disputes
Before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please attempt to resolve the issue through the Newrich Resolution Center. Instructions for submitting and managing disputes are available in our Help Center.
