Product Development
Our in house development team is constantly building, de-bugging, and iterating our platforms and offerings. We’re always looking for talented front end, and full stack developers to join our product development team. Every project we work on is built from scratch - so you will always get to work with the latest and greatest technology stack.
Data Processing and Analysis
Data is at the core of what we do. We are constantly processing data that we generate from our web properties as well as our marketing campaigns. We’re always looking to optimize how we process, store and scale our data. If you enjoy working with big data and you’re always up for a new challenge - we have a place for you here.
Design
We’re always designing new landing pages, graphics, and user interfaces for our products and our applications. Sometimes we redesign something that we know already works - other times we design from scratch. Other times- we design elements that are just designed to look as visually attractive as possible. Each project has unique needs. And we are always looking to improve conversion rates on our web properties, as well as improve user experience on our applications.
Customer Care
Our customers are our top priority - and so is the excellent customer service we provide to them. In a constantly changing environment, empathetic customer service is becoming more difficult for consumers to come by. And on top of that - consumers have much more of a voice in todays economy than ever before. Our customer service team is a key part of our day to day operations.
We are always on the lookout for talented, empathetic customer service agents who know how to handle all levels of customer interaction. From the front line, all the way up to 2nd Tier escalations - we handle it all in house.
Digital Marketing
Our roots lie in the foundational principles of performance based digital marketing. Our multi-channel marketing campaigns are at the core of what we do. We use a multi-faceted team based approach to cover every digital marketing channel that returns a positive ROI through our campaigns. We own and operate our own in house email marketing system and we utilize a dedicated team of professionals to operate our email marketing program.
We also have a dedicated in house SEO team, as well as a dedicated PPC team. Everything marketing channel we use is handled by a complete dedicated team. There are no unicorns here. Every transactions we process through our merchant accounts comes with a risk. There are a lot of bad actors online and our anti-fraud team is constantly on the lookout for fraud. We screen and log every transaction that takes place through our internal systems - and we deploy and utilize several 3rd party tools to assist in our fight against all types of fraud (even the friendly fraudsters).
Media Content Delivery
Tens of thousands of users using and viewing our platforms every day. Our cloud system handles the distribution and serving of many terabytes of data each day. If you love solving and maintaining content delivery networks, then you’ll love working on our systems.
